The author spent many years in foreign lands teaching people who believe in "gods" instead of the God of the Bible. She began to study the Scriptures to better understand what our salvation cost--the difference between the death of Christ and the deaths of other "holy" men who became martyrs for what they were teaching. Jesus the Christ the Eternal Sacrifice
was the result of that study.
The author also wanted to share the lessons with young people in the early formative years of developing their faith, so the concepts of the book have been written in a different format which we hope will be useful in classes for teens and college students, as well as in home devotionals.
