In the Garden with God

God’s people lived in an agricultural society. He always used those references to teach His lessons, and His Son continued that in His time here on the earth. Sowing and reaping, working in vineyards, weeding the field, and cursing an unfruitful fig tree became the basis for lessons easy for all to understand.

Dene and her husband Keith have gardened for nearly 40 years, which has shown her why God’s prophets and preachers, including Jesus, used so many reference to plants and planning – it’s only natural.
