Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling
During the order process, you will choose your preferred shipping method. Depending on the weight of the package, any of these options may be available:
1. United States Postal Service First Class Mail
2. United States Postal Service Priority Mail
3. United States Postal Service Media Mail
We use real-time shipping rates provided by the US Post Office. That means that you will choose from the actual rates charged by the US Post Office.
If you need another shipping method or if you are outside the contiguous United States, please email us with your order instead of placing it through the website. We will inform you of the shipping cost for you to approve before we charge you or send the order.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out in 1-2 business days. However, due to being out of the store or circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to ship that quickly. In that case, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. It is rare that an order takes more than one week to ship. If you need your order in a specific timeframe, please enter that information in the comments section of your order.
Every order will be charged a nominal handling fee of $1.25 to cover the cost of shipping supplies. This fee will be shown on the order detail page.
Returns
Change your mind? We realize that you may decide your order was not what you expected. We will work with you to make it right within our guidelines.

3. Item must be returned undamaged with all pieces present and in re-sellable condition.
4. Returns will be refunded by the same method you made payment.

1. You have 30 days from the date of invoice to contact us with the reason you want to return your order. If you email us, do not ship your return until you hear back from us.
2. You pay shipping both ways--to you and back to us. You can save the return shipping by making your return in person to the Chula Vista Books storefront in Pell City, AL or by attending one of our workshops.
3. Item must be returned undamaged with all pieces present and in re-sellable condition.
